Q:  What about Returns and Refunds?

A:  All custom items purchased such as, but not limited to, homecoming mums, homecoming garters, baby mums, braids, and printed ribbon are non-returnable.  We do not offer refunds on these products as they are custom made per your order.    When placing orders, it is up to the purchaser to verify the school colors needed for the order placed.  Accent Ribbons will fill orders as requested and we are not responsible for verifying colors selected.  For non-custom products there is a 30-day option to return from the date of delivery, at purchasers’ expense.  Products must be unopened and in their original received condition.  Please email AccentRibbons@gmail.com to receive a return authorization number.  Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Q:  What are your payment requirements?

A:  For all established accounts, invoices are delivered with each order.  Payment terms are Net 30 days.  For new accounts or small independent stores, invoices are emailed following your online order and payment must be made prior to delivery.

Q:  Do you have a minimum order quantity for delivery? 

A:  Yes, all orders within a 100-mile radius of New Waverly, Texas is subject to a $250 minimum order.  All orders outside of this range will be subject to a minimum order of $500.  All orders outside of Texas are subject to a minimum order of $750.  Please note that these minimums are subject to change.

Q:  Do you have delivery fees?

A:  For the 2023 Homecoming Season, we are discontinuing our delivery fees.  However, there will be a standard HANDLING FEE added to all orders.

Q: What is the HANDLING FEE?

A:  Handling fees cover the cost of package and preparing your order for pickup or delivery.  We charge $.79 per custom braid/mum/garter purchased with a minimum of $11.99 per order.

Q:  Do you allow RUSH orders?

A:  All orders are filled on a first come first serve basis.  If you need to place a rush order, please make a note in the CUSTOMER NOTES section of your order and also send an email to accentribbons@gmail.com to confirm availability for a rush order.  Please note that depending on the size of the order, a RUSH FEE will be added to your order, which we will confirm with the customer prior to processing the order.
